FEAT(app): add project structure patterns to prompt_generator

- Specify /home/ubuntu/Projects/ structure categories
- Add applications, cluster-infrastructure, monitoring, databases
- Add ArgoCD, Vault, Kustomize integration patterns
- Remove detailed YAML, show structure and roles only
- Add gitea reference example
