- Add replicaCount: 2 to all web applications
- Add soft pod anti-affinity for node distribution
- Update chart template to handle affinity correctly
- Configure affinity for todo, portfolio, jovies, jotion, joossam, joossam-dev, jaejadle, jaejadle-dev
