PERF(authentik): increase replicas for HA

- Traefik, CoreDNS, Authentik
- Traefik: 2 replicas
- CoreDNS: 2 replicas (new HelmChartConfig)
- Authentik: 2 replicas for server and worker
- Vault: Keep file storage (standalone)
