FEAT(grafana): export dashboards

- to JSON and use sidecar ConfigMaps
- Export 14 dashboards to JSON files
- Use kustomize configMapGenerator for dashboard ConfigMaps
- Enable Grafana sidecar to load dashboards from ConfigMaps
- Keep Longhorn and Traefik Official from grafana.com
